Refund Policy
I am sure that you’ll love your jewellery piece, but on the rare occasion that it isn’t 100% right just send it back and I will be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange. This excludes items made or ordered specifically to your requirements and personalised items. Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice) and return the unworn item to me within 15 days. You will receive a full refund plus any postage cost incurred within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Special orders
Please note that I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds on special orders. This means that I cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way. Specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Guarantee
I believe that all of my products are of the highest quality and will guarantee everything against manufacturing defects. This guarantee will be honoured on production of proof of purchase. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.
